I thought what is going on here is that she moved to a new location where the service is different for her needs compared to what it was at the previous location.
Also, as someone who has been following this topic for past 6 months, there is no clear definition as to what connection property it is that makes it not cause potentially life threatening issues for Karen. So clearly the medical professionals have not defined the problem.
