If you wish to reduce your OTA TV risk and see if it can work, maybe you
can get a sighted person, find any modern TV with an ATSC tuner, coat
hanger antenna, and see how many channels you can get. If you have a clear
line of sight to the CN tower, then you should get at least 7 tv stations.

You might wish to try this before moving ahead with an ATSC converter box,
because it is so easy to do, non-destructive, takes very little time, and
costs nothing.
