Hi Ben,
Well, luckily the mail server's IP address doesn't appear to be on any
blacklists according to http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx, so I
guess that's some consolation.
Thanks for trying to help. I'll eventually work it out one way or another.
