The whitepaper does name names, and makes a good "executive" case for PHP as
__the__ enterprise language that runs the Internet.  It was and still is the
P in LAMP (and friendly with Perl and Python).  LAMP is the predominant
platform.  Java and .Net are other platforms but don't have the same
advantages in the web space.
