I had something a year or so ago, I think it was called FlashChat, and
it was a php/flash combination. It was pretty nice but our server
admins removed it due to security concerns.

1) meebo.com rooms
2) gabbly.com - (has ads)
3) zoho meeting (used to work stand alone, but now I think you have to
have an account and be logged in for the chat to be enabled).
