I don't have those problems, but sometimes when I close FF it takes like 20 minutes to actually close. Chrome just pisses me off (I prefer IE9 to Chrome). I reccomend giving Opera a try. It is my favorite browser, and though (useful) developer tools are virtually nonexistent its still worth a try
