Hi Anthony, I forgot to mention, with the upgrade, we also moved from php 5.3 to 5.4. We are using mysqlnd 5.0.10 - 20111026 - $Revision: 323634 $.
Donald, The tool you mentioned is for Apache servers, we are on IIS 7. Thanks for your help.
