Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system.
Can be on a web page using IE 11 or on the windows update screen or just
about anywhere and I will simply lose speech. Is anyone else
experiencing this problem with WE 9. In all cases there is no WE error
generated and the only way to get speech back is with control alt w.
