Hey guys,
I've got kind of a concerning problem. I am not sure how to handle it.
My laptop, as of late, the harddrive, it seems like it's constantly
spinning. i.e, sounds like it's doing a process like scandisc, or defrag
for hours and hours at a time. I can not find any processes that would
indicate that something is happening. I have some sore of process in
the processes tab that says mbam.exe. I'm assuming that the word mbam
means malware bytes. I've tried to kill that process, and no
difference. Any ideas why it would seem like my harddrive is constantly
doing a scan disc or something, what could be causing it? It's actually
slowing down my computer. It seems to happen after 12:30 AM in the morning
