Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 64 bit system.
I keep getting strange things happening about 25 percent of the time
when my HP laptop returns from sleep when WE was running when the sleep
mode began.
These issues have never happened if I first unload WE before putting the
laptop to sleep.
Typical example is after waking from sleep, with WE still loaded if I go
to IE 11 and open the favorites menu if I hit enter on a entry in my
favorites nothing happens. If I try to close the favorites I can't. I
can minimize IE and then hit the start button which brings up the start
menu but again I can not open anything listed there. If I try alt F4 to
try a reboot I can not select shutdown or restart. Only way out of it
is a Hard reboot.
Again I have never had any of this happen if I unload WE before putting
the laptop to sleep.
Is this a WE issue I don't know but it sure seems so.
