Hi Steve,

Ah, rebooting the PC did the trick.
I didn't realize that this was required for a complete restart of Outlook.
I seldom restart my PC unless absolutely necessary.
A suggestion would be to place this information in the app package info.
Anything to save tech support extra steps. Smile
