Ok, thought i might be doing something wrong i had this happen randomly as well thought maybe it was because i usually run zoomtext and we at the same time but it happened yesterday and zt wasn't running i'm using a hp laptop running windows 8.1 64 bit with we 9 it's happened on a couple of sites but one it's happened on more then once is:
