When installing itunes 12.1.1 I was reading the status of the install with the mouse using 2, 5 and 7 to read parts of the dialog. It asked me to close outlook, so I did. Now going back to the itunes 12.1.1 I was seeing my emails when using the 2, 5 and 7 keys and outlook was closed it was like I was reading my list of emails in my in box.
