It happens extremely frequent with me so don't even use WE9 for now.
For now, I have better luck with NVDA.

Window-eyes keeps shutting itself down. Sometimes I'll think it's a
web page
freaking out or something, and just for the heck of it I used the
window-eyes hot key and vuala, the music playes and Window-eyes is back.
What's up with that?
