Hello,

Does the problem continue if you reboot your machine? If so, how many Outlook 
processes do you find in the Windows Task Manager? If more than one, then there 
is a problem. If just the one and the issue continues, please email me your 
OutlookEnhance.log found in your temp directory privately to sclower@isquared. 
com.
