Have you tried setting a user window to include everything you want and
exclude what you don't? This done, you can set a hotkey to read your user
window.

Subject: Read entire window without Title Bar

Hey

How can I get Window Eyes to read out the entire screen without saying the
title?
I can press Control-Shift-W and that is almost what I want, but it includes
the title bar, and repeating that will get very annoying in my situation.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Joshua
