Might the folder that responds differently also be the only occurance
of that first letter? Meaning, you may have other folders with the
letter M but not the one that responds differently.
Just a hunch.

Bit of a strange situation with my IE favorites. In my favorites I
have several folders containing links to web pages. While in Ie I
can open my favorites with alt a then use the first letter of the
entry to move to it just as it normally should. For example I have
a folder named medical so if I hit the letter m it moves to that
folder and WE says medical pull down which then can be opened with a
right arrow. In one such folder in the favorites when I hit the
letter of its name it moves to the listing and instead of saying the
folder name and saying pull down it automatically opens the folder
and reads the first entry in the folder. So for some reason it
opens this folder differently than all the others. All the folders
in my favorites were created in the same way. Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks
