For the record:
Here is what you can try to get Outlook Enhance functional.
Close Outlook.
Download and run the following three components:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/9/3/c93c2e15-4f0d-4482-99a1-37d096a399a2/vstor30.exe
http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/D/1/1D16DA35-34C2-47FB-9BA5-35EED9603C42/vstor_redist.exe
http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/5/A/95A9616B-7A37-4AF6-BC36-D6EA96C8DAAE/dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe>
After the components are installed press Windows-r for the run dialog and
type/paste the following:
%appdata%\GW Micro\Window-Eyes\users\default\OutlookEnhanceAddin.vsto
>
Press enter.
This should install the Outlook add in in outlook.

Open outlook. You may be asked to confirm installation of the add in, accept
it.

the problem. There is another file in the WE directory you have to run
through a command prompt that helps link the add ins to Outlook. Now
Outlook works fine for me.
OK, so if there is a fix why has it not been posted on list?
Is the problem being addressed by WindowEyes going forward?
If I call WindowEyes will I have to pay them for Support to fix a bug in
their software?
Again, why didn't the solution hit this list?
