Hey guys,
OK, i need some help. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me
with no explaination. Here's what's going on. I am using window-eyes
8.4 with the latest thunderbird.
I'll get 40 to 50 messages in my inbox. This is when the fun starts.
I'll go through them, do control A then hit delete. My thunderbird
hangs, and it keeps saying thunderbird is not responding. So i'll
wait for several minutes, then kill the process knowing there is
something major league wrong.
I'll go back tomy inbox, and all the messages are still there. I then
have to go through the mailbox deleting 1 message at a time. I'll go
to a message, hit delete, and literally count to 10, and it then says
thunderbird not responding, count another 5 seconds, and now we're at
the next message. So it's literally taking 115 seconds to delete 1
message. I don't get it Does anyone have any explaination of what it
would be?
I get several hundred messages a day, i can't ahve this. I've even
done the compact mailboxes. Any ideas
