Hey guys,
Something very helpful for you to know. I did it, and it fixed the
problem. Sometimes the crash folder gets corrupt. Go in to help, and
troubleshooting, and it'll tell you how to fix the problem. This is
great to read. I followed the procedure, and it worked.
