Hi Bill: I documented the Outlook Enhance Log on this list yesterday so Steve and the staff could fix the problem. It does appear to be a problem with the script or what it is trying to connect to or something like that. If you see a update to the Outlook Enhance os Support Script in the next few days I would guess they are addressing this problem. Final note, you need "VSTO" - some down level version I think to have Outlook work right and some minimal level of the OS and the .net framework if I remember. And, you need to modify or ensure settings in the WE Control Panel, in the associated scripts and ensure the Plug-Ins are checked and staying checked. Do all this and things will get noticibally bbetter all be it still not as good as it should be in my opinion. Perhaps either on this list or the Scripting List we can build a little article about what needs to be checked, aand what needs to be installed and all that jazz for WindowEyes to work properly with Outlook. Perhaps they will post it up on their site if it is well done and helpful. Rick USA
