Hello, this is Peter Russillo again; to install Vocalizer Expressive, I did the following:
Went to Voices and Synthesizers and ordered the Vocalizer Expressive. After placing the order, put my serial number and zip code in the right boxes. Question: When I bought DECTalk I got a unique serial number; when buying the Vocalizer Expressive, am I supposed to get yet another serial number authorization, even though I have a unique serial number on record? Downloaded and installed the Synthesizer auth file; then downloaded and installed the Vocalizer Expressive American English Tom voice. After that, went to WE control panel and to Devices and expanded it; saw my Vocalizer American English Tom voice in the list view; after activating with the Activate button, got a dialog asking if I want to learn about purchasing new voices; I hit the No button as I already purchased the above voice. Please let me know what step, if any, I missed in the process; and again, do I need to get yet another serial number just to authorize my Vocalizer to run? Any help you can give would be appreciated; thanks very much.
