Hi Veronica,

You could use AppGet from the Apps menu in the We control panel, and once
the list of available apps comes up, you could navigate to the General
category, expand that, and arrow down to the Cap Beeper app, tab to the
Install button and press it.

Alternatively, here's the link to the app's own web page:

https://www.gwmicro.com/App_Central/Apps/App_Details/?scriptid=1216

>From there, tab to the download link and press it and choose run to install
it.

I still don't hear any noticable changes in pitch when arrowing over
characters in WindowEyes.

Where do I specify the percent increase in pitch for reading capitalized
letters?
