Hello Sky,

Thanks you ever os much for the directions as to turning off those pesky Smart Tags. I am embarassed to say it, but they have drove me nuts fsince I obtained my copy of MS Word 2010! What a relief! I kept looking in Word to fix the problem, never once thought about Win eyes being a bit to helpful.

thank you Again!

Dave

Hello. What you need to do is
1. press control back slash to enter the window-eyes control panel.
2. press V, until you hear verbosity.
3. press o until you get to office. Then, you want to hit the right arrow to
open that section of the treview.
4. press w, until you get to word.. 5. Hit right arrow. This will open the
treview for word.
5. press m, until you hear misolainious. Then, press the tab key. There are
two checkboxes you want to uncheck. One is called autocorrect, and then the
other one is speak smart tags. Uncheck both, and then hit control s to save
your settings. At that point, you should be able to use ms word normally.
I hope this helps, Sky
