Are you talking about in Windows Explorer? If so, do this.

In Windows Explorer, press Alt-V for view, P for group by, and select the
last submenu entry, which is none.

Worked for me.

Can anyone make a suggestion how to stop win-eyes saying name before folder
or
file name, when arrowing up and down, in a directory.
It's driving me mad, I have tried everything.
I am Using the latest ver of window-eyes.
Any help would be apreaciated.
