Is it possible the Mouse boundary has been changed?
Try CTRL-SHIFT-b to rotor through the Mouse boundry settings.

Subject: reading properties screen

When trying to read the properties information for a folder, normally, I
use the mouse keys and go to the top of the screen and arrow down with
the numpad 2 key to find the information I need. Now, I get a bong
instead of movement. Why should this change? I am using a desktop PC
with Win7 and WE9. There are other instances where the mouse bongs,
also. Thank you.

Carol
