Hi Doug,
I did a fresh install of we 9 and now when I open wlm or ie I get a notice
that updates are available. When I hit yes I get a message that no updates
are available and an ok button appears. What can I do to stop this? Thanks
for any help.

I tried the GW toolkit and it downloaded fine. I launched IE and went
to appcentral, searched for the toolkit and clicked the download now
link. But I have not details from you so I can't test what you did.
