Ok, this is driving me insane, ever since i updated to we 9.1 it's changing my voice rate on it's own. I have my mouse,screen and keyboard set to match and be at the same rate globally. I'll go to change the rate for all voices with the ctrl alt and arrows and all of a sudden all the voices are at different rates. I'll go into the we control panel and it's still set up for all voices to match and have the same rate. What is going on? Am i doing something wrong? This is happening no matter what voice i use. I've tried with the following voices:
Ivona jennifer Neospeech kate (if it matters i have kate because zoomtext magnifier/reader installed as well) Neospeech ashley Neospeech julie Microsoft zera I'm running we 9.1 on a hp laptop running windows 8.1.
