Hi Penny, Thanks for your kind words and suggestions for future webinar topics. We will do our best to add these topics to our training road map. I found that the keyboard shortcuts setting was set to off by default in Gmail. Once I configured this setting to on, I was able to use the built in Gmail keyboard shortcuts with Browse Mode turned off. I did my testing with Windows 8.1, Firefox 36 and Window-Eyes 9.1. Here is a link to the Google support article that explains how to turn the keyboard shortcuts setting on in Gmail: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6594. I hope you find this info helpful.

Hi Mark, Thanks again for the terrific webinar. A relevant and helpful topic for a future webinar would be "ARIA: Some basics!" Also specifics about Google Crome, Google Drive, Google Docs, and using Gmail with Window-Eyes. Now for my question. I use gmail on the web. I set it to "basic html." Most things work while I'm in browse mode -- except for contacts! If I were to change the display setting to what everyone else uses - I think they call it "standard" -- would I be able to do everything in gmail using the ARIA keyboard commands, i.e., not going into browse mode, just using the keyboard commands available in ARIA? Thanks again, and have a good day.
