Wow, you wanna hear somethin' funny? I've been a customer of Gw Micro's
(well, now AI Squared technically) since the days of Vocal eyes, and I
just now realized from reading one of these digests that if you wanna
add/remove set files all you've got to do, even using Window-eyes 9.1,
is just to go in to Window-eyes, go to file, and then select factory set
files.. Groove! I knew how to do it using older versions of Wineyes pre
9.0, but I've never bothered learning how with Wineyes 9 and newer. So,
thank ya who ever it was that mentioned that procedure, I appreciate it!
I just went and updated all of my set files to the absolute latest
version. Interestingly, there was only one that Wineyes asked me if I
was really sure I wanted to replace, and somewhat alarmingly, it was the
set file for Firefox! Ah, oh well, I said sure so now even that's
officially up-to-date. I guess it just goes to show that even us veteran
users of Window-eyes can use some reminders from time to time. Thanks
again! Also, to the person who wrote in about Spotify, what were you
talking about? You have no idea how happy it would make me to learn that
I could work with Spotify using Window-eyes! Are you serious? Can it
really be done? For real? What's the deal. From the tone of the email I
presume that Wineyes can't do so flawlessly, because you (who ever you
are, I'm sorry haha) mentioned that you'd like someone to build an
actual Spotify app specifically to be used with Window-eyes. Having said
that, what can, and cannot, currently be done as far as Spotify and
Window-eyes?
