Hi Brian: Sometimes I have that problem and, what I do is to press and hold the control key and, while holding down the control key, I press shift-r. For some reason, that sometimes works when pressing control-shift-r together will not work. Also, if you upgrade to 9.1, they have fixed a few bugs in the Read-to-end function, according to the information in the Readme file for 9.1. Kevin Huber
