Hi Martin: I think that it Internet Explorer and not Window-eyes, because I have used Google Docs with NVDA and, even with that screen reader, Google Docs works better in Firefox than Internet Explorer. If you don't like Firefox, you can try Google Chrome. Kevin Huber
