Several questions? And comments: How do you wish to connect this display - Bluetooth or USB?
Do you have the appropriate display drivers, supplied by the manufacturer? Do you know that Window-Eyes supports this display? Actually - have just checked and it looks like it does. I am not familiar with this display. Typically however: I find USB connection to be better than Bluetooth when running a Windows screen reader. Some displays require a virtual port assignment whether you Bluetooth or USB connect. There may be specific documentation regarding this. Window-Eyes does support virtual serial ports. I think this relates primarily to older devices so it might not be relevant. You cannot really progress however until you have verified that the drivers are correct, and that they have been installed as per Baum's instructions. Then - everything else will start to make sense.
