Good morning. The WE hotkeys have not changed. However you must have
an Intel display adapter with its hotkeys enabled. Prior to WE 9 the
Intel keys override the WE hotkeys. If you upgrade to WE 9.1 your
ctrl-alt-arrow keys should work in WE. If you stay at 8.4 you'll need
to disable the Intel hotkeys. There is an article in the knowledge base
explaining how to do this.

change rate temporarily. It use to be control-alt-arrow keys. Now those keys
rotate the screen. Are there new hot keys for rate, volume, etc.?
