Thanks Steve: I will do some homework to see if I can spot something.
Good idea about the diference between plain text and web formatted messages
- next area I will dig into.

Rick,

There are really too many variables here for us to be able to offer much
that is specific. Certainly that could be some combination of your settings
and the AI Squared server that might be causing this, but it does not seem
to be a general problem. You might try sending messages using plain text
and see if the problem still persists. If the problem does not happen when
you send in plain text, then it would be worth looking at the various
formatting styles being used in your email program. List software generally
has options that determine whether HTML messages are converted to text, and
there are so many variations on how HTML messages are generated that there
could be cases where the formatting is not converted as expected. Your
email program may use a different format when you send original messages as
opposed to when you reply to a message as well. It could be the case that
you are receiving plain text messages on this list but that you are getting
messages in HTML format on other lists. I would guess, though, this has
more to do with changes to the software used for this list than to the
Window-Eyes upgrade as was originally stated.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
