Hi, Mark. If the Dell has both eraserhead and touchpad, suggest Athey turn off the touchpad. Also disable hotkeys for the graphics screen, as they conflict with the WE hotkeys.--Matthew Chao

Subject: Re new dell laptop settings

HI All,
Please can you email me the precise steps as to what to turn off etc,
utilities etc on a new dell laptop? My company has bought me a new dell
laptop, and I'm having it set up tomorrow with window eyes 9.1.0. What
settings can I make to help it work better, as some of these laptops have
weird settings that slow things down.
Regards
Mark
