Hi Reg, This is a known issue with Skype which regularly vexes all users, regardless of whether they rely on screen reading technology. We have reported this issue to Microsoft, and the Skype Enhance app attempts to set focus in the typing area when a new window gains focus to help. Obviously, this doesn't work 100% of the time yet. If we find a better work-around before Microsoft fixes the proble on their side we will release a Skype Enhance update.
