glad it was a simple fix. i don't know if maybe the enhanced key layout
might be causeing this. even when it is off.
but since i uninstalled this app the keyboard interuptability turning itself
off has not happened for the last month.

Turns out Net Bat had it right, the interruptability setting had been
changed, so I set it to all keys globally, and that fixed it
immediately! What a relief!
