there is a better solution but you will still need a product key. Use
the talking windows7 setup and repair disk found at:
http://blog.bryansmart.com/talking-windows-7-pre-installation-environment/
this is what I use to reinstall windows7 if needed. I hope someone makes
a talking windows8 and 8.1 install and also a windows10 talking install
when the time comes. If you read the website you will also read a bit
about how it is done.
