When using back space to remove a typo I hear nothing. Also, when editing,
you could hold down the control key and hit delete key to remove a word and
the next word you'd hear and you could hit delete again and the word would
be removed. Window eyes don't work this way no more, I keep hearing the
previous word after the deletion. So it's confusing if you are deleting a
