Steve In the past, my experience was similar to what Elizabeth described in her thoughtful and helpful reply. A couple of others, in private off-list replies, mentioned something somewhat disconcerting: Eset, on their website, now indicates that additional tools may be needed to be downloaded from their website to deal with certain threats. There is no charge for this; but certainly this makes the process somewhat more cumbersome and probably less thorough.
So, this brings up the logical question: can folks out there suggest another security package that is both effective and thorough along with being WE friendly?
