Frequently I receive messages from one person who uses Outlook in Office 365. The messages cannot be read when opened. The word "Edit" is spoken when attempting to read the body of the message, including when any arrow movements are attempted. I can, however, read the message by taking the steps as if I were going to reply to the message. Then I can scroll down into the area that included the senders message.
As an experiment, I asked the person to send a message through his Outlook desktop client. That message read properly. Does anyone know what's going on here and of any solutions -- other than asking others not to use Office 365?
