Are you using the current version of office? ...There are two versions of office, one is office 365, which in my humble opinion is a waste of time and not worth the money. On the other hand, office 2013 is worth it and works incredibly well with Window-Eyes. Did you do the quick install or the install with speech? Charlie Short

Then after a fewAl y hours of some use, I noticed that when I tried closing the windoweyes program, with alt F4 key combination, the windoweyes close sound wouldn’t make the close sound. Same thing happened when I tried selld uecting the letters of the lists email address, nothing was selected. I even tried using the shift M key combination too check if anything was selected, and it all was a no go. I’m running windows 7 64 bit on an HP laptop computer. If any experienced user of windoweyes could provide me with any suggestions, advice, and help as too how I might be able too make the necessary fixes, I would be very appreciative.
