check that form interaction is turned on.
its in verbocity/browsemode/auto load menu.
even so w e will not go to the search box automatically after the first time
you open it with control k.
but instead of useing the alt key press the c key to open the combo box.
then you will be put in the search box.
w e will not turn browse mode off so you will have to do this manually.

Can someone refresh my memory? I need to make my default search engine in
Firefox to automatically bring up Google when I hit control K. Now I have
