Hello again listers,
Once again, I am having trouble getting placemarkers to work in IE. It
seems that they work on occasion, but on the whole, they only work
inconsistently. If I remember correctly, the Brows mode enhanced is the
script which allows the use of these markers? I could be wrong, but I'm
sure someone will correct me. Anyway, I am wondering if anything can be
done to correct this kind of behavior.
I also notice this behavior when switching tasks when listening to
Winamp. All I have to do in that instance usually, is to simply move
back and forth, and then the scripts are in control, but not with the
browser.
I started to notice this behavior when reading a Bookshare daisy text
book, and trying to (what else), make a placemarker. This happens on
nearly page I visit, not only when reading Daisy text files.
I was hoping that some how trying to manually run the appropriate app
might make the difference, but can't figure out how to go about doing that.
Anyway, if someone with more technical know how than I am obviously
displaying could come to my rescue, it would really be appreciated.
