It isn't, that was an Internet Explorer specific setting anyhow. It never worked in Firefox.
What version of Firefox is being used? Also will need step by step. Just tried with Firefox 37 and Chrome 42 with no refreshing. Note I don't have flash installed in Firefox but it is in Chrome.
