Well, you have to right click on my computer, go to manage and go down
the treeview to disk management.  Now you will need the mouse keys to
find the disk you have to initialize and be careful with this!  Once
this is successful, you are good to go.

I hope this helps.  A pair of eyeballs is quite useful here because you
don't want to destroy the disk the system is on.
