make sure the enhanced insert key layout is off. this undefines read to end
when it is on. control alt zero.
is this a laptop or desktop.
check to see if you have a intel display. if so you have to first make sure
the screen is right side up. then find the display properties and turn off
the short cut keys that rotate the screen.
the desktop layout uses the same control alt and arrow keys as w e uses. i
don't know what the keys are for a laptop layout.
the intel graphics uses the same keys as w e uses to change voice settings
on the fly.

Subject: Reading Speed in Read-to-end
Running Win-Eyes 8.4 on a Windows 7 Desktop. Recently I did something,
don't know what, and suddenly my read-to-end wasn't working. Well, I've had
that problem before, so I managed to figure out where to go to fix that.
But I'm also finding that I can't slow the reading down or speed it up when
in Read-to-end mode; Pressing u or d just stops the reading altogether.
Where do I go, and what do I do, to restore the u and d keys' on the fly
functionality in read-to-end, please?
