David, I'm having similar issues. Haven't made time to call tech support yet on it. Once I upgraded to WE 9 or 9.1 on my home PC running Outlook 2010, I lost the ability to virtualize my messages in Outlook. Since the majority of the messages I get are in HTML and tables, I need virtual view to read them.I uninstalled the Outlook Enhance app as someone suggested and reinstalled it, but that did not help. No ideas, just wanted to let you know you aren't alone.
