Try turning on the one line view. You probably have the two line view in
use. When you are on the message, go to
the "view" ribbon, tab to Layout group message, press ENTER, arrow down to
One Line View, and press ENTER. You can
also get there from the message list by pressing ALT-V, L, M and then use
the DOWN ARROW as above.

I only see subject lines.
Had trouble with something being crupted. Got it fixed and running new
version of Windows 7.
I used to be able to see who the email was from and also the subject line.
Now I only see the subject line.
In order to find out who the email is from, I have to open the email and do
a ctrl R.
Any suggestions?
